We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We respect your privacy. Any information we collect from you, including your email address, will simply be used to send you the information you have requested.
Client will have to agree that the Institution has the right to cancel its services for the client and also any credentials that it has provided or any transactions that it has carried with the client in case the client breach any accepted terms of use of the Institution. Once the services are terminated, client will also declare not to make use of any credentials or the honors provided by the Institution and to return them to the Institution at the earliest.
Client will diligently check with the local legislation in his/her residence jurisdiction and the intended jurisdiction of use of the award that the possession and use of the privately accredited diploma conforms with local legislation.
Client undertakes to check diligently the local legislation of any future jurisdiction in which it is intended to use the diploma.
Neither the client nor any related person will use any information, documents, or products obtained through School to commit a crime or deceive any authorities.
We want you to go through all these terms concerning the shipment, delivery, pricing and refund policies of SENFORD.
Overnight orders placed after 8 am are processed the next day.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS
In some cases the diploma packages are returned to the high school because of incorrect address provided by the customer. In that case, no refund is provided.
If the order is returned once, the same order will not be re-shipped in any case. However, if the client would still like to receive the same package that was once returned, he/she has to pay an additional shipping cost.
If the customer thinks that the order cannot be delivered as addressed within the estimated delivery date or he/she has not received a confirmation mail of its refund, he/she may contact us through our 24-hour customer support center.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
We offer free urgent shipment via DHL. (For a limited time period, we have waived our shipment charges worth $40 for US and $80 for International addresses).
We send the high school diploma package at the address specified by the clients while filling in the order form. Delivery of the diplomas may take around 7 business days, depending upon the location of the customer (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
REMEMBER, THE REASONS BEHIND LATE DELIVERIES COULD BE;
1. Credit card not being approved.
2. Shipment address provided by the student incorrect.
3. Billing address differs from the Shipment address. Therefore, both the addresses are required.
CHANGE IN PARTICULARS
We keep record of all your particulars. Any change in particulars is going to be offered free of charge. However, if you want to obtain your documents with revised particulars, then you will be required to pay an additional amount. The pricing details are provided in the 'Personal Area' section, otherwise you can also contact us for details.
PRICING POLICY
Prices for each package (given on the site) include free shipment.
REFUND POLICY
We provide 100% refund if your credit card is erroneously charged.
We provide 100% refund if you do not qualify for the high school diploma program to which you apply.
We deduct 20% service charges if you cancel your order before its shipment.
We provide no refund once your diploma package is shipped at the specified address.
You can cancel your order within 36 hours from the time you placed your order and after that it will be not be possible to cancel.
