There's a lot going on in Delaware when it comes to high school education. According to the Delaware Department of Education, the state of Delaware is fifth in the nation in states that have seen the greatest positive change in the proportion of students who score at least three or higher on the Advanced Placement Exams. In 2000, 7.6 percent of Delaware high school students scored three or higher. In 2005, that percentage increased to 12.9 - a 5.3 percent increase and well above the overall U.S. rate of 3.9 percent. This increase is from all the hard work that students and faculty put into their education.
